Terms & Conditions of talk.electricianforum.co.uk's TEF Part P Scheme Provider's Logos (Scheme).

If you wish to show an image under your username of your Scheme Provider Logo, you will need to contact via the Official Request form here (opens in new window).

Your details will be checked against that held by your Scheme Provider (the details that I view are only the details viewable to the general public). You will then be sent a ‘Confirmation Code' Via SMS Text, by e-mail through your Official Website, or I will Telephone you briefly on your landline (the code/call/or e-mail, will only be made to the number(s) or website address, officially listed through your Scheme Provider's Website.

I have to be strict on this, as you Guys have to pay to be such a member and it won't be fair on you or your scheme provider, if any old person could claim to be registered when they are not! I am sure you understand and Agree with as to why I have done this?!

It goes without saying that your details are 100% safe with me.

Accepted Proof of Membership.

BUT,  I will need a copy of either your "Registration Certificate or ID" Clearly showing your Scheme Provider's Logo/Details, Company Name, Registration Number, Start Date and Expiry Date. This will be for the sole use of proof of membership and is the only accepted way of doing it.  This will not be seen by ANYONE other than me, I can assure you.

When you send your Part P Scheme Provider's Logo Request form, Please make a Note of the e-mail address shown on there. This is because, this is the actual address that you need to e-mail me your scanned image of your Registration Certificate or ID Card.

Responsibility.

You are only allowed to use your Scheme Provider's logo as long as you a Fully Paid Up and Active Member of that Provider! Please note that I, as Admin, Will be checking for Expired or Cancelled Registrations regularly. It is your responsibility to inform me of ANY change to your circumstances with regard to your Part P Scheme Provider.

The onus is on you to supply me with proof; annually, that your membership is still active and that, in doing so, you are still registered with the scheme provider at the time of your original application for the TEF Part P Scheme Provider Logo (scheme). Failure to provide me with these details annually will result in your scheme provider logo being removed, and you may not be able to re-apply for it again.

This Includes, but is not limited to:

Cancellation / Termination of your Scheme Membership

Because you have left to register with another Scheme Provider
