2. Non-Paid Advertising (Spamming):



2.1 The funds raised from the Sponsors / Advertisers of talk.electricianforum.co.uk is used to pay for the running of the forum and keeps the forum FREE for all to use.

2.2 Non-paid advertising is strictly prohibited on talk.electricianforum.co.uk, and as such, is NOT allowed in any way, shape or form! That includes the use of your business name (including any direct or indirect reference to it) in your Username, Signature posts or anywhere else on the Forum. Neither is offering "Freebies" (or such) to encourage forum members to your site, where they are asked to pay for further items/services etc - Neither is it acceptable that you you place a link to a site within your electrician website. We at talk.electricianforum.co.uk take this very seriously.

2.3 Members who do offer completely free help, advice or service free for forum members are welcome to mention the website (but not Spam, the boards) but ONLY after they have contacted the forum administrator via Personal Message (PM) and AFTER the adminstrator checked out the details.

2.4 'Spamming' will not be tolerated and will end up in an "Infraction" being issued and could possibly lead to a full forum "Ban". - Depending on the seriousness of the level of "Spamming", the administrator may feel that your account should be terminated forthwith and no discussion will be entered into & the administrator�s word and those of his moderators are Final!

2.5 Those who have not read these conditions and have used their business name (or that described above) will be asked to change their username, and Must do so Here.

2.6 These Rules are not exhaustive and the Forum Administrator reserves the right to amend, add or remove the rules as he/she sees fit, in line with the forum's growth.
